The breathing and grounding techniques and activities were stirring, calming and accessible and I can imagine them being helpful to make shifts with a range of clients. Thank you, Kate!

'Bringing Breath and Movement in your work with Children and Young People' was a really practical and insightful experiential workshop that I will be able to apply directly to my work. Placing the body at the centre of practice we learned lots of exercises, grounded in theory, about how to work creatively with children and young people to shift their internal states using breath and movement. The presentation was clear and flowed well, interspersed with breathing / grounding exercises for us to try ourselves. I would recommend this workshop and approach to all therapy practitioners, as a sensitive and playful 'way in' to working with children, that speaks directly to a child's own unique way of being in the world.

Kelly Pendlebury

Fantastic workshop exploring the connection between polyvagal states and disregulation, breathing and helping CYP to regulate and engage in the World around them. Empowering them to have a set of tools they can fall back on in times of difficulty.

Collette Cousins

A fantastic reminder of how to engage our breath and body for regulation, not only for our clients, but ourseles.
