ONLINE LEARNING FOR COUNSELLORS & PSYCHOTHERAPISTS

WORKSHOP RECORDING DETAILS

Following on from her two very successful workshops earlier this year which have examined the links between diet, lifestyle and neurotransmitter function, Dawn will be returning in July to zoom in on the practical aspects of supporting neurotransmitter status.

This workshop is designed to support therapists in their self-care and to give ideas to consider when we are working with clients. This area is rarely ( if ever) covered in counselling and psychotherapy training and yet is fundamental to psychological health and wellbeing of our clients .

The workshop will cover dietary and lifestyle approaches for supporting a healthy balance of inhibitory and excitatory neurotransmitters, to support a positive and healthy mental state.
