Nims Dhawan
Nims Dhawan is in the final stages of her training as a Transactional Analyst. She is an Organisational Development Consultant and Coach and is interested in the dynamics in organisations and applies her TA, through the work she does, as an organisational design and development practitioner in the Civil Service. She uses imagery and drawing actively in her client work to enable clients to reframe their challenges and articulate what they really want in a different way.
