Course Details

Our ability to deal with stress is one of the fundamentals underpinning our ability to thrive in the modern world. It alters our perceptions of ourselves and limits our life choices. The idea that stress drives success is firmly embedded in our culture. So much so that it often takes a significant physical or mental health issue before we give ourselves permission to live life at a pace that suits us. But what if we’re not all designed to live life in the fast lane?
