Dr Louie Gardiner
Dr Louie Gardiner, Director & Founder of Presence in Action Collective has been involved in learning and development for 25+ years. Her pioneering approaches are at the heart of all that PIA Collective offers. She is lead trainer of this body of work; is an Accredited Master Coach and Supervisor. She has an MBA and has completed her PhD titled Attending, Responding, Becoming: A living-learning inquiry. Her research draws on principles of systems and complexity thinking and offers new ways of engaging with the complex challenges affecting people whatever their context.
