Jonathan Drury

Jonathan is the creator of Autism Dialogue Approach®, co-founder of Dialogic Action CIC and trainer the NHS National Autism Trainer Programme with the Anna Freud Centre and AT-Autism.

Jonathan has a broad background informing his teaching design practice, including formal coaching, counselling and autism training, philosophy, spiritual disciplines, socially engaged art and intentional communities, and is driven to help release untapped potential in autism, neurodivergence and systemically related areas of mental-health. He is currently writing the Autism Dialogue Handbook for a major publisher, to accompany a new ADA Practitioner training programme.

Kate Salinsky

Kate Salinsky is co-founder and co-facilitator at Dialogic Action CIC, where she also co-designs and manages training. She has a master’s in Autism, is a trainer at the National Autism Trainer Programme (NHS/Anna Freud Centre/AT-Autism) and parent to a neurodivergent child. Previously, Kate worked as a training manager and counsellor in the voluntary sector for over 20 years, managing a team of trainers to design and deliver accredited training to people working in substance misuse, counselling and mediation.
