I enjoyed John's way of delivering helpful insights along with personal examples.

The session was very helpful and I come to translate my research into a PowerPoint presentation. It helped me to think about the why and how of this process. The discussions around sound and visual quality during online counselling sessions also allowed me to consider these aspects of sessions further.
