An in depth historical view of existentialism and some really great self-reflection existential questions, I would recommend this to others.

It covers the topic with terminology that I could understand and that I would be able to use in practice.

Really useful event! As a trainee Person Centred counsellor this was a very useful deep dive into Existential Therapy and how I could integrate it into my practice in the future. Mick Cooper was very knowledgeable and interesting.
