I use Transactional Analysis in organisational settings to enable people to grow their confidence, check out their ideas, and develop their business. I coach, teach, and have run my own business for 15 years. I also started with a book and a biro, and had to learn everything the hard way. And I love my work, as much today as I did when I started.
