Gianpiero Petriglieri

I am Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, a medical doctor and psychiatrist by training, I'm an expert on leadership and learning in the workplace. My award-winning research and teaching focus on what it means, and what it takes, to become a leader. I am particularly interested in the development and practice of leadership in the age of "nomadic professionalism," an age in which people have deep bonds to work but loose affiliations to organizations, and authenticity and mobility have replaced loyalty and advancement as hallmarks of virtue and success. My work in this domain has earned me a spot among the 50 most influential management thinkers in the world.

William F. Cornell, M.A., TSTA (P)

A coeditor of the Transactional Analysis Journal for fifteen years, I am now the Editor of the Routledge book series, "Innovations in Transactional Analysis." I'm a recipient of the Eric Berne Memorial Award and the European Association for Transactional Analysis Gold Medal, in recognition of my writing.
