Rhonda is one of the Neuro Change Institutes National Directors, providing program access to practitioners and professionals, globally.
Rhonda has had a diverse career as a registered nurse specializing in cardiac care, and cardiac arrythmias. She moved on to learn and grow with Johnson and Johnson where she progressed to leading the arrythmia division in Canada. After completing her executive MBA with IVEY, Toronto, Canada, it became imperative for Rhonda to continue a path of exploration of her own potential as an independent consultant and leader, supporting large health care organizations.
Rhonda is now fulfilling her purpose supporting practitioners to thrive personally and professionally with the support of the Neuro Change program. Further, she will be accepting an honorary Doctorate in Business and is moving to Global Directorship with the Neuro Change Institute.
She has worked as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist for St Thomas’ Hospital providing long term psychotherapy for patients with complex needs and at the Women’s Therapy Centre where she developed an interest and specialised in providing short term psychotherapy to women affected by domestic violence.
For the past 7 years she has delivered short term therapy both face to face and remotely for the EAP sector. Despite the constraints of time-limited work, she is a strong believer in the significance of working in some depth throughout the course of the sessions and how this can initiate positive psychic movement for the client.
In addition to her EAP work, she also works as a student counsellor and maintains a private practice in London.
