Helen Cruthers

Helen is a trainer, supervisor, and Integrative Arts Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience of working with children, young people, adults, and families.

Her framework is pluralistic, her training is integrative, and her ethics are humanistic – prioritising respect, creativity and collaboration in all therapeutic endeavours.

Her fascinations include the fields of neuroscience, neurodiversity, attachment, creativity. sensory processing, systemic thinking, positive psychology, PACE, mental health, epigenetics, attachment, child development, NMT, DDP , trauma and compassion.

She specialises in therapeutic parenting work/interventions with families where there is a history of trauma, struggle, and relational challenges.
