Rebecca Elston

Rebecca is a qualified counsellor who runs a private practice from her garden allotment in Nottinghamshire. She is also a yoga teacher, who specialises in working with the body in psychotherapy and eco therapy. She has a keen interest in Transactional Analysis and is currently working towards her CTA / MSc in TA at The Berne Institute.
