Richard G. Erskine, PhD. is the training director of the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy. He is a licensed psychoanalyst, certified transactional analyst, a first-generation Gestalt Therapist, and originally trained in client-centered therapy. He has integrated his diverse background to form a developmentally-based, relationally-focused integrative psychotherapy. He is the author of numerous articles and eight books on the theory and methods of psychotherapy.

Mark is a UKCP registered psychotherapist, teaching and supervising transactional analyst and EMDR Europe accredited practitioner. He is passionate about integrating neuroscience into psychotherapy and in finding ways for therapists to make use of research findings in their practice. He is the author of Transactional Analysis: 100 Key Points and Techniques and Transactional Analysis for Depression: A step-by-step treatment manual. He has received two international awards for his research on the effectiveness of TA for depression and is a TEDx speaker. He has a private practice in central Manchester and is a senior lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of Salford.

Cathie Long is an award winning, highly acclaimed independent social worker, expert witness, and trainer. She works primarily with 'disabled' children/young people and their families to secure appropriate Education, Health and Care Plans, ensuring delivery of a person-centred, needs-led social care provision. She is the social care advisor to the PDA Society and a partner with Sunshine Support. With an MA in Autism, Cathie decided to train in Transactional Analysis to enhance both her professional and personal development. She has recently completed her second clinical year as a trainee psychotherapist with Contact Point in Bristol. Cathie has written soon to be published practice guidance, on behalf of the British Association of Social Workers, on Fabricated or Induced Illness using Transactional Analysis to highlight and support professional practice. Following her own diagnoses of autism and attention deficit hyperactivity 'disorder' (ADHD) in her mid-fifties, Cathie is developing a post-diagnostic therapeutic service to support others who have been missed and/or misdiagnosed. Cathie lives in West Wales. She has four children, two of whom are neurodivergent. She enjoys sea swimming, walking on the beach, writing, and evolving into being her fun-loving, uniquely quirky self.

Matthew Elton is a psychotherapist based in Edinburgh and has been in private practice since 2005. He works with a wide range of clients and has a special interest in writers and artists. His formative training was in Transactional Analysis and he has since developed a strong interest in Narrative Therapy. Matthew regularly delivers talks and workshops in Scotland and across the UK on therapy practice and related matters.
This year he published Talking It Better: From Insight to Change in the Therapy Room (PCCS, 2021). Before becoming fulltime as a practitioner, Matthew was an academic working on the philosophy of mind at the University of Stirling, then a manager in the charity sector. He is the author of a well-received volume on the philosopher Daniel Dennett for Polity’s Key Contemporary Thinkers series, published in 2003.

Geoff is a core tutor at The Link Centre. Geoff is well-regarded and highly qualified Psychotherapist (TA and Psychoanalytic), Supervisor and Trainer with decades of experience working in mental health and psychotherapy settings. Latterly he has worked in a high security prison as a Consultant Psychotherapist specialising in Group Work. He is reconnecting to a passionate interest in spirituality and is currently in training with One Spirit Interfaith Foundation. Geoff has also held the role of primary tutor at the Metanoia institute since 1996 and left there in the summer of 2019 following his move to Brighton.
