Caroline Brazier

Author of seven books on Buddhism and psychotherapy and many papers and articles, Caroline holds an MPhil in counselling, diplomas in counselling and groupwork and a supervision certificate. She is a BACP Accredited psychotherapist and has more than thirty years experience in the field. In addition to her psychotherapy work, Caroline, who originally trained as a teacher, has worked extensively in education, health and with women's groups. She is also an ordained Buddhist priest in the Jodo Shinshu tradition (Japanese Pure Land Buddhism). In the past she has taken a special interest in eating disorders and more recently in ecotherapy. She currently teaches on the Ten Directions programme which she was involved in starting in 2011. Caroline has three adult children.
